For when we are too hard on our selves and need to know the love of God that is there for us all day, every day.

Night Prayer

Dear Lord,

I am tired Lord.

I spent a full day of living and I am tired

trouble sleeping

worries, worries, worries Lord

aches and pains are keeping me

up thinking, thinking, thinking

in the dark of night.

too many thoughts.

too many minds.

Help me be of One Mind.

One with You Lord.

Help me pray in silence

put these words to bed

Help me find rest in You.

Amen

Morning Prayer

Dear Lord,

Help me love me today

Put me on my prayer list Lord

help me

forgive me.

think of me

trust me

think well of me.

You made me Lord.

and You don’t make junk.

I am someone with whom

You are well pleased Lord.

Help me believe
