Take a Time Out! (Donna)

My Granddaughter Aubree was playing at her Soccer Game the other day! The ball was in play and her friend Carter and her were both on defense. As the other team ran towards the goal, Aubree and Carter turned towards each other in the middle of the field and started playing “ Rock, Paper, Scissors!” Members of the other Team just continued running by on both sides of them to make the score. Did I mention they are four years old? Lol…. We could all learn a lesson from those little ones! In the midst of all this craziness, the stress of the Holidays, etc. don’t forget to take a Time Out, to Breathe, to just Be in the Moment, and YES, play Rock, Paper, Scissors if you want to! Although, I will admit, lol, I still don’t know how.
